MARKET SQUARE

The heart of The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, Market Square, is where everyday essentials meet extraordinary experiences. It's the central gathering place designed for food, fun, and community connection—all year long.

THE MARKET

A 7,000 square foot artisanal food market offering curated groceries, local goods, and a welcoming atmosphere that blends rustic charm with modern convenience.

MARKET PLAZA

A vibrant outdoor plaza where the residents of Tuxedo Reserve can gather and socialize. Some of the programming being considered are activities and activations such as a weekly farmers market, artisan and maker pop-ups, a village clock tower, seasonal decorations, and more.

THE MARKET ANNEX

Located adjacent to The Market, the annex will support your daily needs and moments of leisure offering public restrooms, storage, a snack bar, a cafe and more.

VILLAGE GREEN

A beautifully landscaped lawn that invites both calm and celebration.
Relax with a book, picnic under the sun, or meet friends for a quiet stroll. Then come back for yoga classes, seasonal festivals, and lively community events that energize the space throughout the year.

THE ICE RINK

When the seasons shift, so does the Village Green. A full-size ice rink with clear dasher boards becomes the centerpiece of winter fun—perfect for skating, hockey, and festive winter programming.

THE STAGE HOUSE

The cultural heartbeat of the Village, The Stage House is built for performance, celebration, and community spirit. It will include a built-in stage overlooking the Village Green for concerts, theatrical productions and other events. Programming plan includes movie nights, festivals and more.
