A 4,200 sq ft artisanal food market with a soaring timber-framed ceiling, offering curated groceries, local goods, and a welcoming atmosphere that blends rustic charm with modern convenience.

The Market Annex

Supporting your daily needs and moments of leisure:

  • Storage and prep space for vendors

  • Snack bar for quick, delicious bites

  • Parisian Patio with café tables, umbrellas, etc

Market Plaza

A vibrant outdoor plaza where the residents of Tuxedo Reserve can gather and socialize. Some of the programming being considered are activities and activations such as:

  • Weekly farmers markets

  • Rotating artisan and maker pop-ups

  • Seasonal holiday tree and festive decorations

  • Community pin board for local happenings

  • Iconic village clock as a timeless landmark

Village Green

A beautifully landscaped lawn that invites both calm and celebration.
Relax with a book, picnic under the sun, or meet friends for a quiet stroll. Then come back for yoga classes, seasonal festivals, and lively community events that energize the space throughout the year.

The Ice Rink

When the seasons shift, so does the Village Green. A full-size ice rink with clear dasher boards becomes the centerpiece of winter fun—perfect for skating, hockey, and festive winter programming.

The Stage House

The cultural heartbeat of the Village, built for performance, celebration, and community spirit.
Features include:

  • Built-in stage overlooking the Village Green for concerts, theatrical productions and other events

  • Movie screen for potential outdoor movie nights, sporting events, etc

  • During winter, ice skating center or skate rentals, Zamboni garage, etc

  • Support areas for seasonal events and festivities

From live concerts and outdoor movie nights to theater performances and holiday shows, the Stage House hosts a robust year-round calendar. In warmer months, expect outdoor fitness classes, festivals, and family-friendly programming that brings neighbors together.
