The Village development team is assembling and collaborating with a curated group of the best-in-class commercial partners to create the ideal mix of retail, restaurants, taverns, shops, and services. The year round, seasonal, and dynamic activities, events, and community gatherings at the Market Square will complete the scene.
The initial commercial tenants will form the Founders’ Circle and receive special assistance, considerations and benefits. For the select initial tenants, the Founders will assist in design and construction of their spaces in order to drastically reduce tenants’ upfront time, cost, schedule and risk. Founder’s Circle tenants will also benefit from free rent periods and extended rent ramp up periods to allow their new businesses to grow quickly and thrive. The available retail spaces in Phase 1 of The Village have been assigned uses as a guide; however, there is some flexibility in demising and ultimate uses. Thus, do not worry if your business does not fit the description of any of the assigned uses and/or the space assigned is not the right size, location or configuration for your business. The Founders will be modifying the plans to accommodate the Founder’s Circle tenants as appropriate.
